Life | The seer of the present has perfected ‘living in the here and now’ to an art. She is vivid, connected to all aspects of life right here, right now. She is aware of the beauty of life. She can also see truths that people themselves would rather not face, acting as an unpleasant mirror. This is what got her in trouble with Lilith. The princess had summoned her, as she had heard the merits about her sister Súileabhán’s predictions to her mother, Sericea. The answers Aiobheann had for her were however not to her liking, shedding less light on the future she desperately needed to know and more on Lilith’s own shortcomings. As a punishment, Lilith merged part of the clothing Aiobheann was wearing at that time with her skin, permanently disfiguring her. The birdcage that is permanently fused with hear head is an added insult by Lilith, referring to her ‘ useless bird brain’. Her sisters and herself do not always get along, they are too different and walk their own paths. Occasionally they run into each other and at best tolerate their presence. |
